Why am I unable to utilize all of the features in my eCommerce software dashboard?

Features are available to you based on your plan type. Reasons for any changes may be the following:

  • Admin changes
  • Admin access restricted
  • Premium plan downgraded
  • Unpaid plan bill from your eCommerce Software provider
