Regular Bookings
Regular Bookings may be done via invoice for the following reasons:
- The client prefers a more itemized billing
- Bundled-Pricing requests
- As a Payment Method
Regular Bookings are booked in the order of clients completing the following actions:
- Double-Check that all requested services are included to ensure accuracy and to be eligible for current offers or promotions
- Client responsibilities are met
- Payment has bee made according to any payment schedules
Quick Bookings
Clients that would like to:
- Book a Project-On-Demand
- Book their projects immediately to move their projects up in the queue according to booking order since final bookings are dependant upon a payment, where Regular Bookings are pending until payment is made.
Regular Bookings vs Quick-Bookings Factors
FACTORS | REGULAR BOOKINGS | QUICK-BOOKINGS |
---|---|---|
Priority Level | According to Booking Order | Based on calendar availability or immediate projects-on-demand. |
Payment Transaction | Bookings are in pending status until payment is made according to your payment schedule. | Immediate Payments=Immediate Booking Next Calendar Availability |
Project Requirements | Bookings subject to rescheduling based on items needed to complete projects like images, text, descriptions, logos, etc. | Same requirement as Regular Bookings, but prioritized based on whichever clients submit items first as not to delay any bookings. |
Booking Order: Projects added to the IBD Project Calendar based on client payments for services to be booked and priority levels either paid for via a Project-On-Demand Booking or Client Loyalty Membership Level.
